Branding, website and marketing materials for a new set of boutique apartments in Sydney's inner city area.
The Alex comprises of 42 stylish apartments located in Sydney's inner city area. The visual identity and language for The Alex emphasises the constant movement, creativity and vibrancy of the suburb which is expressed through the colour palette, typography, and choice of lifestyle photography. We translated this campaign into print and digital forms, as well as physical environments.
The campaign resulted with the apartments completely sold within weeks, before construction began.
